Introducing Priority Fundraising Training
Priority Fundraising Training was born out of my own experience and conversations that I had with fellow Executive Directors. It is really, really hard to focus on the most important work of an Executive Director (Board Development and Engagement, Major Donors, Strategic Planning, Staff Management etc.) and equally importantly, also give our newest staff members the training and coaching to be successful in their initial fundraising work.
The majority of non-profits are working miracles with bare-bones staff. Creating training materials, holding regular trainings, gaining outside perspective, is something everyone wants to be able to do, but often lack the capacity to implement.
Priority Fundraising Training wants to fill that gap for nonprofits. Our trainings, workshops and coaching/consulting services are designed for:
New Staff that need to learn the basics of individual giving or event fundraising.
Experienced Staff that are implementing new fundraising events or individual giving campaigns.
Executive Directors who are either new to Board management, or desire to build upon the good Board work they are already doing.
Leadership Volunteers who are new to being on a Board or leading a committee.
Board Members who are seeking knowledge and tools to feel empowered and confident in making fundraising asks.
